ABOUT LOREN MARSHALL FOUNDATION
The non-profit Loren Marshall Foundation was created in
December of 2006 as a living legacy for an individual who
committed himself to prehospital emergency medicine
throughout Alaska and beyond. The Loren Marshall
Foundation grew from a desire to continue his mission of
supporting and enhancing educational opportunities for EMS
and hospital emergency medical providers.
The inaugural project of the Loren Marshall Foundation
offered its first annual EMS conference in 2007 in
Anchorage during the month of June and provided high
quality continuing education opportunities for prehospital
and clinical providers. The Foundation is completely
non-profit and seeks public and private sector
partnerships to sponsor and
promote current and future educational endeavors in
emergency medicine.
