Your Resuscitation Conference registration fee includes all 3 days of conference, a delicious lunch for 2 days, CME certificates of attendance and all associated materials.  Attendees for the Pre-Conference Mandatory Paramedic Core Refresher must register and pay separately as this is an Anchorage Fire Department event.

Squads: You may sign up multiple attendees on the same form and submit one credit card OR check payment using the mail in payment method. Fill out the online registration form, print and mail or fax. If you wish to pay online, return here and chose a Buy Now button to go to our credit card payment page OR - Enclose credit card information or a check made out to "LMF" in with your mailed registration form. ~ You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay for your registration online with a credit card. They simply process our credit card transactions and it is completely secure.  ~You may also pay with your own PayPal account.
